Very easy motorway access, miles of golden sands and the 1.5 mile long Grand Pier make Weston a favorite seaside break.

The pier contains a big wheel, ghost train, ten pin bowling, ice cream parlour and lots more. There is a train to save your legs too.

Weston-super-Mare also has a traditional seaside pier.

The museum covers many aspects of the history of living in North Somerset, Archaeology, Natural history and displays dedicated to Weston's past including Victorian seaside lifestyles.

Here you will discover the fascinating secrets hidden beneath the Severn Estuary and the oceans beyond. Complete with a walkthrough tunnel, there are over 25 displays of marine life from sharks and octopus to seahorses and jellyfish.

This 4 1/2 acre site situated within an active heliport boasts one of the world's largest collections of helicopters. Children (of all ages) will be facinated with the opportunity to sit in the cockpit of some of these amazing craft.
