The most easterly town in Britain so the sun rises here first, the region is also the driest climate in the country with over 1000 hours of sunshine each year.

The town provides a lively setting with many festivals and carnivals throughout the summer months and the full range of attractions, amusements and nightlife.

The beaches stretch from Corton just north of Lowestoft all the way down to Southwold and are patrolled by fully trained lifeguards. What more could you ask for?

Set in 50 acres of parkland, Pleasurewood Hills has over 40 rides, shows and attractions. Ranging from high-speed thrills, spills & roller coasters to the more gentle rides for the toddlers there's a full day for the whole family to enjoy here. Through the day there are also a number of entertaining theatre and animal shows as well as the regular afternoon parade from the entrance square.
