The largest of Norfolk's seaside resorts, Great Yarmouth has 15 miles of golden sandy beaches. Beyond the Kiss me Quick hats you can always find a quiet secluded spot or choose to join the throng of happy holidaymakers. With top name shows, lots of indoor and outdoor attractions and the heritage, there is plenty for everybody to enjoy.

Great Yarmouth's Local Attractions

Amazonia is home to one of the largest collections of reptiles in Britain set within a tropical house. The centre features some larger than life animals including Igunas, a giant Alligator, pythons, lizards and many more exotic creatures.

Joyland is a great favourite with younger children, it has a number of traditional fun fair rides set within a bright and colourful cartoon theme.

Set amongst an acre of landscaped garden, there are over 200 1/12th scale models with waterfalls, lakes and streams, fairground and railway.

Great Yarmouth's Pleasure Beach is a 9-acre set set on the sea front itself and has over 70 attractions from gentle rides for tiny tots to some thrillers for the older children amongst us. There is also the Pleasure Beach Inn for a quick drink and the gardens which feature two mini-golf courses and a restaurant.

The Great Yarmouth SeaLife centre has a reconstruction theme of the lost city of Atlantis where you can view sharks. The Ray pool is also popular for a real close up experience... but who's watching who?
